Found this product to be good tasting and nice quality. It was recommended by a friend, and I used it along with my porridge. It is quite tasty by itself and can be had as a snack too. Last to add, very high protein content in this. Go for it!

A small quantity is sufficient to fry dishes. It has a light texture and spreads quickly when heated and gives the dish a pleasant aroma. And all this with amplifying the flavour of the dish.

Baked some delicious cookies using the unsweetened coconut flakes. I found them to be far superior to the flakes I have been buying.

I really liked that the oil was not too greasy and sticky. It was super light & absorbed easily. It is just so wonderful, light, and fluffy. That icky thick typical coconut oil texture doesn’t exist.

The oil has a wonderful aroma and really fresh flavour that sets it apart from every other cold pressed oil. I loved using it in recipes. It also feels really light and non sticky on the skin.

Been consuming 1 tsp as advised by (Nutritionist). I must say it’s exceptionally good. I have consumed coconut oil before but have always hated it, but this is so good. Not at all oily on the pallet
